Europe’s all well and good, but sometimes we all need to go somewhere where the sights, smells and sounds are completely different.

But exotic destinations don’t come cheap… do they?

7. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur is the capital city of Malaysia and home to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. It's also the sixth most visited country in the world - who knew? The weather in KL between June and August averages at around 28 degrees, which sounds pretty good to us.
