Shipping & Delivery

We are a channel for exciting, emerging independent product brands. When you shop with Student High Street it’s a one checkout process making your life easy. All your orders are delivered directly from the brand you order from.

How it all works

When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email.

When your order has been sent by the brand you will then receive a dispatched email from that brand letting you know your order is on it’s way to you.

Note: Delivery times vary from brand to brand. Please always check your My Account area for more details on estimated delivery dates.

Taxes and duties on international orders

Our brands send products DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and Student High Street does not collect or take responsibility for the VAT, duties and/or taxes.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are your responsibility, including if you refuse a product on delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you.

If your product requires fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD) as is the case in some countries, these fees must be paid by you to the local carrier.

Customs authorities require that the brand’s state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, they may also delay delivery. Student High Street takes no responsibility for this.
